It’s the time of the year where FNC Store releases their Season Greetings sets for the upcoming new year.
They used to allow foreigners to order without having an account, as indicated in their Foreigner’s Guide (upon clicking the little orange square button that moves on the right). However we can no longer do that. We NEED to have an account.
Many BOICEs have tried and most have failed to create an account. I, however, have managed to create one (muahahaha). Hee, just joking folks! 
Below is the tutorial I have prepared. It’s pretty straight-forward and to the point. Hope it helps!

NOTE: Please use INTERNET EXPLORER to carry out the procedure. Other browsers doesn’t work well – AT ALL.
Some BOICE seem to be experiencing a different membership form – we are looking into this. Please check back for updates.
I just checked the tutorial, everything is in order. FNCstore did not change the procedure.

Hihi, I have been trying to create an fncstore account but even though I’ve filled up all the fields as stated in this tutorial it keeps telling me to fill up all the required fields. I get this pop-up that says “필수 입력사항은 모두 입력해 주세요”. Any idea which other field I need to fill in? Thank you!

i am sorry but i have one question. even if we already registered as an official boice, do we have to register under the foreigner section?

The official boice registration and FNC store registration are not related – you still have to register if you want an account at FNC store.
By selecting “foreigner”, you are exempted from input of the Korean identification number. The official boice ID will not stand in for the Korean ID number FNC store require if you did not select “foreigner”.

Hello!
I created an account yay
But ordering is the real problem. I\’ve tried 4 computers, safari, firefox, internet explorer, setting my computers in Korean language, donwloading ActiveX etc. etc.
I\’ve really tried everything but when I click the payment button only an empty box pops up.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
BTW, I have a iMac (OSX Mountain Lion) and tried 3 laptops with Windows 7, could it be I need Windows XP?
Can anyone help me?

From what I have experienced you have to run on Internet explorer to get everything running, including to have the pop-up for payment. Ensure that nth is blocked and that java is updated and running. Otherwise reply this with a twitpic of a screen shot of the error and I’ll try to help (:

after few attempts to register fnc store, finally iam succeed. thanks a lot for ur tutorial.just want to let others know (who still didnt manage to register), d box tht leave blank in the tutorial, we need to fill in. And, please click d box (beside the blank box where u put ur passport no) before u agree at the end, and it automatically fill up two blank box after {Rilakkuma} collumn. refering to my case
p/s: i dont understand korean, i just try my luck after many errors..Huh, fnc website should really need to be english friendly user

I think I am having the same problem. The form seems to be asking me to filling the second line of the address section, where it is blank in your tutorial.

the second line means “detailed address”, since the address you are keying in to register isn’t authentic at all, just input something to pass through if they insist that u need to

oh, yay… i used firefox and internet explorer, but I think they changed the registration form or something.. i can only enter the social security number (what’s that anyway?!), there’s no passport number… And it also appears that the button to use the ID (after you verify if it’s available) doesn’t work…
( This is so upsetting…

I tried with Chrome, the same problem happened.
