Sendai : Gyutan (Ox tongue)

Sendai : Hagi no tsuki (castella with custard cream) – the most famous sweets of Sendai

Nagoya : Tebasaki (chicken wing), takeout Tebasaki @ Yama-chan (famous Tebasaki restaurant)

Nagoya : Ten-musu (rice ball with shrimp tempura)

Osaka : Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba

Tokyo : Noritama furikake (furikake – a seasoned powder for sprinkling over rice, Noritama – dried seaweed & dried egg)
(sorry this is not Tokyo gourmet but Japanese popular simple side dish)
