[News] Lee Jung Shin “The First Episode Of ‘My Daughter Seo Young’ Is To Air On My Birthday”

CNBLUE’s member, Lee Jung Shin, talked about his thoughts on the first episode of KBS 2TV’s new weekend drama ‘My Daughter Seo Young.’ 

Through his company, it was stated on the 13th, “the first episode airs on my birthday. I think the greatest birthday present is ‘My Daughter Seo Young,’ and he showed his strong attachment towards appearing in a drama for the first time.

Lee Jung Shin is to act as the role of Kang Sung Jae, who is different from his older brother Woo Jae (Lee Sang Yoon) and his older sister Mi Kyung (Park Jung Ah). He plays a character that is last in rank for academics. Sung Jae is to gain interest in studying, after his crush and tutor, Seo Young (Lee Bo Young), complimented him.

Meanwhile, CNBLUE has been active overseas, and Lee Jung Shin arrived at Kimpo Airport just 2 hours earlier before he attended the press conference on September 11th.

Lee Jung Shin stated, “I already arranged my music schedule, so that it wouldn’t interfere with my drama schedule. As it is a drama I really wanted to do, I will do my best to not bring it down.”

A drama official stated, “the way that Lee Jung Shin acts during on the film set, shows that he is serious and passionate.”

‘My Daughter Seo Young’ is a drama about the love and reconciliation between a father and daughter. Producer Yoo Hyun Ki of ‘God of Study‘ and ‘Brain‘ is to work with writer So Hyun Kyung of ‘Prosector Princess‘ and ‘49 Days‘ on this drama.

Chun Ho Jin, Lee Bo Young, Lee Sang Yoon, Park Hae Jin, Choi Yoon Young, Park Jung Ah, Lee Jung Shin is to feature, and it is to air its first episode on the 15^th of September.
